Harry Potter has never played a sport while flying on a broomstick. He’s never worn a cloak of invisibility, befriended a giant, or helped hatch a dragon. All Harry knows is a miserable life with the Dursleys, his horrible aunt and uncle, and there abominable son, Dudley. Harry’s Room is in a tiny closet at the foot of the stairs, and he hasn’t had a birthday party in eleven years.
But all that is about to change when a mysterious letter arrives by owl messenger: a letter with an invitation to a wonderful place he never dreamed existed. There he finds not only friends, aerial sports, and magic around every corner, but a great destiny that’s been waiting for him…if Harry can survive the encounter.
Well, when you read the first chapter you will think the book will be impossible. But as you finish, you will think the book is out of this world, like literally, it IS out of the Muggle world.
As for the first series of Harry Potter, it is funny, and epic. The descriptions are vivid, characters are interesting; for me the twins Fred and George. đ I would recommend this book to anyone who likes fantasy and epic stories. đ

yeah, the movie is deleting original parts from the book, if you made every single thing it will be 5 hours! or more!
Nah, it’d run on for 8 seconds or so, and then stop, because according to Napoleon Bonaparte a picture is worth a thousand words, and each second of footage would equal ten images and there fore simple maths show us that the 80,000 words or so of the book would go through 1000, then 10, therefore leaving us with 8 seconds. Either Napoleon Bonaparte was pretty stupid, or movies won’t, will not, and aren’t going to replace books.
it’s not actually called philosipher’s stone the original one is the sorcerer’s stone.

I love the thinking behind this like magic I couldn’t have lust thought up Hogwarts. Harry potter not knowing that he was a wizard finds himself in Hogwarts school of witch craft and wizardry. Harry on his first try is able to do amazing things on his broom and finds himself as seeking in the Griffindor team. At the end of the year Harry finds himself looking at what Voldemort has become and again escapes. On no its back to the Dursleys to muggle family that Harry lives with.
I think Potter is brave He rise above self to save Hermione Granger and persist in to do the good things and refuse the allure and never in the bad company. And he has two good friends.

My review is about âHarry Potter and the Philosopherâs stoneâ, it is the first book of the âHarry Potterâ series. I think a lot of people has heard of it. It is a really nice book.
âHarry Potter and the Philosopherâs Stoneâ was written by Joanne Rowling. Joanne Rowling was born in July 1965 at Yate General Hospital in England and grew up in Chepstow.
Jo went to London when she grow up, she started working there, and then she started writing âHarry Potterâ.
In my opinion, the author of this book is really imaginative. Some people think that this kind of wizardry thing is boring, it is impossible in the world that weâre living, because itâs untrue. This is the reason I like it, because things that never happen in the real world can happen in this book, and I think this is why a lot of other people like it, too.
When a letter arrives to Harry Potter lives with his auntâs family, he has been treated very bad, but then a letter arrives to him, a secret is revealed to him: his parents were wizards, and the were killed by the Veldemort when Harry was one year old, and he survived. Then Harry came to a wizard school, he had a surprising adventure when he finds a three-headed giant dog guarding a room on the third floor. Then he hears of a missing stone with astonishing magical powers.
It is one of the amazing books that Iâve ever read. Here I sincerely recommend the books to you! Theyâre really fantastic!
The Harry Potter series is amazing. The first book would be, in my opinion, the best book of the series. It hooks the readers’ minds and won’t let go until the end of the book. When you reach the very last chapter, you’ll feel that you can’t keep calm without the next book!
This is the first story of Harry Potter. I love it, it is really interesting . Harry potter learned magic , made friends at Hogwarts, and of corse he had enemies. I want to borrow more Harry Potter in the library. If you read this, you will love it too.
Harry Potter is my favorite sparetime readings and it’s written by J.K.Rowling. When reading the book for my first time, I feel very exciting and interesting. So I read it again and again, each time I have different feelings, sometime I feel as if I’m one of Potter’s partners. You will love it.

This book is the first in the series of Harry Potter, it is about a ordinary boy living with his aunt and uncle, for what he was being told was that his parents were dead in a car crash. this family hates him and treats him badly, especially his fat cousin Dudley. one day, he received a letter sent by an owl, it told Harry that he was actually a wizard, and he is told to attend the Hogwarts school. he found his way to platform 9 3/4, and got on the Hogwarts express. he met his best friend Ron and Hermione, and won his first game of Quidditch- a sport played on broomsticks. Harry also, defeated Voldemort, a evil wizard who wanted to control the world and who actually killed Harry’s parents.
it is good cause in the second chapter the author have mentioned that harry could speak Parseltongue, because Voldemort can speak Parseltongue and gave it to harry the night he gave harry the scar. and harry received a letter from hogwarts to let him go there. it started fair well accept professor snape. the friends of harry Hermione and Ron is trying to figure who Nicolas Flamel and figured out the mirror of Erised.
This book tell us HarryPotter go to the magic school and he meet lots of friend and the Quirrell is the bad person he want to take it to Voldemort, and Dumbledore save him
I think this book is very interesting and i think it is better than that movie.
I don’t really like this book because Harry doesn’t know anything that time and does every thing clumsy.

He was going to study in âHogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardryâ; he made two good friends-Ron and Hermonie in Hogwarts, studied all kind of magical classes, and joined the team of the most popular game—Quddich (QUDDICH: a kind of ball game which you need to fly above the field with your broomstick). But soon, he discovered a mysterious secret in Hogwarts; itâs about his life, and the reason why his parents diedâŚHe and his friends went on the adventure of the secret of Sorcererâs stone.
Iâve read the Chinese version of this series when I was 10 years old, but the original English one was much better; there are plenty of detail descriptions that cannot be translated with its original meaningâŚ(e.g. Hogwarts woke to find itself covered in several feet of snow, how can you translate it well?) J.K.Rowling created an unbelievable magic world with her imagination. This story has a complete structure, with full of vivid emotional expression on the characters. I prefer the book to the movie đ
well i like this book because i like how they solve things. and i hate Harry’s uncle vernon and his family they treated harry badly and don’t give him meals for a week and lock harry’s bed room’s door, don’t let harry open his letter but the good thing is that Hagrid came and take harry to buy his stuff and let him go to Hogwads . in there harry had two best friends Hermione and Ron.
Harry Potter and the Sorcererâs Stone this book is very strange and interesting book because the first chapter is very funny .But I think the movie of it is the best .The second book is a little scary. But it is good book and as the first book there are a lot of âsurprisedâ in it.The third one is kind of same as all the other harry potters the ending always be different with people thought.The forth one is a bedding for the last few book. The fifth one book is about start the darkest part of the book.Voldemort is started to killing But no one trust them.They think harry potter is crazy.And Harry potter found out why Voldemort want to kill him and why he canât kill him.Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince this book is very strange book and you never know what is going to happen next.And the writer use five senses to write it .I feel like I am in the story. Actually i feel more like I am a people who wearing invisibility cloak and watching all happen.the last book is a little bored because everyone can guess what is going to happen at last Voldemort die harry potter win a happy ending.
